    Arlington Local News

Arlington lies right across the Nation’s Capital and is rich in culture, history and commerce. Arlington is considered to be a county rather than a city or town–rather, it’s made up of many neighborhoods and districts: Ballston, Clarendon, Courthouse, Rosslyn, Crystal City, Shirlington, and Pentagon City. All of these neighborhoods and districts provide an ample amount of entertainment, night life and old-town style shopping easily accessible by foot or Metro train. Arlington has one of the best transportation systems in the country-no car is required. Walking and biking trails are abundant; as well there are a number of Metro stations spread throughout the county.
